• Build one story masonry warehouse
• Structural steel & steel joist installed 465 tons
• EFSR fire protection system (NFPA) including one fire pump 4 wet pipe shotgun type systems and 1,050 K-17 EFSR heads
• Installation of approximately 1470 lf of concrete footing and foundation

Construction of new masonry one story warehouse building.  Work included installation of approximately 1470 lf of concrete footing and foundation, structural steel, steel joist and metal deck, and Verisco fully adhered roof system.  Masonry is a mixture of paint, split face and ground face block with a 9’ Dryvit band on top.  Other installations included:  plumbing-storm, sanitary and domestic water; electric-power and lighting, fire protection EFSR system; glass-tinted and Spandrell; storefront aluminum.
