Project Information

Joint Venture Project:  Railroad Construction Company, Inc. and John D. Lawrence, Inc. performed this work under a Joint Venture Agreement.

Project consisted of construction of new Gloucester County Complex.  The project included a 78,400 square foot, three-story Family Courts Building and a 200-car, four-level Parking Structure.  Mechanical equipment was installed in an existing building adjacent to the new construction.  The Parking Structure opened for use in October 2001.  The Family Courts Building was put into service in January 2002.
