Beach Electric provided engineering and design from conception to completion of this four-story 30,000 sq. ft. schooling / daycare facility. 

The installation included an 800-amp 3-phase 4-wire 208-volt underground service, energy efficient lighting, child-proof receptacles, power to the roof top mounted HVAC units. The design and installation of a full kitchen with storage freezers was also included.  With the limited site and the requirement of a 30kw emergency generator, it was placed on the roof. Due to the special type of facility and the limited storage on each floor, power panels were located in the basement where they are accessible only by the adult staff.

This building was built in the historical district of Paterson requiring the finished design to blend with the design of the earlier time.
