The work included twenty-four acres of site clearing, installation of all new utilities, fifteen new catch basins, 25,000 sf detention basin, new domestic water lines, three new hydrants, new fire service line, new water main extension, new water meter pit, 2,500 lf of phone line conduit, 5,200 sy of pavement, 2,000 lf of curb work, site lighting, landscaping, and a concrete poured material storage bin.  The site work also included the design and construction of a new 50 ft. concrete box beam bridge with poured concrete abutment and wing walls and the construction of a 10,000 gallon fueling station.  The building work included construction of a 14,000 sf office with wood truss framed roof, masonry façade, standing seam metal roof, aluminum storefront windows, EIFS accents, precast accents, metal framed interior walls, a washbay in the vehicle shop, oil/water separator, sewer ejection station, interior borrow lights, vehicle shop jib crane, five overhead garage doors, security system and a VAV heating and air conditioning system.
