Design/Build 45,000 SF office building and renovation of existing 8000 SF office building. Work consisted of demolition of two existing warehouse buildings. Excavating 100’x 50’ basement in shale material. Design the 2 story building for a future 3rd floor and installing a brick façade which consisted of 135,000 brick and installing over 200 precast window castings. The building consists of 2 main lunchrooms, 4 main bathrooms, 3 individual bathrooms, 1 main training room, 3 full size conference rooms, 100 (+) office rooms and 2 main lobbies. Also included one – 3 level elevator, 87 VAV units, 4 – 25 ton roof top AHU, 800 LF of fence, 20, 000 SF of Firestone EPDM roof, ADT – fire, smoke, alarm system, 16 port CCTV system, 150 spot parking lot, 52 skylights and back up generator.
