Beach Electric provided a complete examination of the existing electrical services to the building. Beach reviewed the current loads and then planned design changes with the customer and calculated the future loads.
Beach developed a new electrical distribution system for use throughout the building. This included providing a new 600-amp 208-volt 3-phase 4-wire service. Additional upgrades included lighting, receptacles, new power panels, renovations to the kitchens and laundry areas. New branch power and lighting was also provided to the living quarters. An up-to-date emergency standby lighting system was installed to provide illumination if, and when, normal power is interrupted.
